Dean Braden, the outgoing CEO of C-Tech Services, took to LinkedIn to announce the transition, reflecting on his 22-year journey with the company. “So… here it is. The day has arrived to handover C-Tech Services. WoW… what a ride it has been” Braden wrote. Celebrating its 30th anniversary on June 7th, C-Tech Services has grown from humble beginnings into a key provider of secondary chlorination systems, serving an essential role in delivering safe drinking water to approximately 4.5 to 5 million people daily across the Yarra Valley Water, South East Water, and the former City West Water territories.

Braden’s tenure at C-Tech saw him rise from a field operator to CEO, during which he, alongside his father, spearheaded the development of new technologies and practices now standard in the industry. In his heartfelt message, Braden expressed gratitude towards his team, parents, and family for their unwavering support throughout his journey.
